Disposal charges may apply if you require us to help you dispose your old mattress.
Alternatively, if you stay in HDB you can always call the town council to help you dispose your old mattress. It will be free.

Processing Of Order
- All order will be processed and dispatch within 1-2 working days.
- Order place on weekend and public holidays will process on next working days.
- If any item in your order are temporary/permanent out of stock, we will contact you to arrange refund, exchanges or replacement for those item.

- Delivery timing feom 10am to 6pm only ; Night delivery after 6pm depends on availability.
- Note: After placing the order, our customer service officer will contact you within 24hr and set a delivery date and time.
Changing Of Delivery Date
- In any case if there is a need to change of delivery dates, you should email or contact at least 2 working days before the stipulated delivery timing.
- Please kindly provide us your name and sale reference number and the desired delivery date and time to allow us to follow-up.
Changes Of Shipping & Delivery Policy
- Azure reserve the rights, of any time and without notices to add, update, changes, modify and/or revise the policy. Any changes of shipping and delivery policy will be effective immediately upon posting. If you have any question about shopping and delivery policy, feel free to contact us.
Return & Exchange Policy
* Returned item must be unused, non-damaged and good condition with original packaging fully intact.
* All Mattress sold comes with a free trial period. Read more here.
* All bedding accessories sold and delivered, cannot be return and exchange due to hygiene purposes.
* Azure has the full discretion to decide whether the items are in a condition suitable for return and reserves the right to reject any returns if they are deemed unfit for return.
* All customise or clearance/promotion item are non return and exchangeable.
* To and Fro transportation charges will be incurred for all return/exchange items.
* If there is any damage/defect of item upon delivered, please notify our delivery team immediately. We will arrange an exchange of item ASAP.
* If damage/defect is discovered after the delivery team left, please email or whatsapp us.
