Picking the perfect mattress can be a daunting task but Azure Mattress Pte Limited is here to make it easier for you. Our Azure mattresses come with a 120-days sleep trial period, so you can rest easy knowing that you have plenty of time to decide if it’s the right mattress for you.
- Your 120-days sleep trial will begin from the date of delivery.
- 120-days sleep trial applies for Cool Hybrid and Cool Max Hybrid Mattress only
- To be eligible for a return, the mattress must be purchased exclusively from our official website.
- Make sure that you give yourself at least 30 days before you can think of returning the mattress. It takes that long for the mattress to adjust to your body shape and provide the comfort and support you are seeking.
- Each household or shipping address is limited to only one mattress refund.
- The pickup address must be the same as the delivery address.
- The mattress must be in excellent condition. Refunds will not be granted if the mattress is damaged, stained, or has any unpleasant odours.
- Once the mattress is delivered back to our warehouse, you will be refunded for the cost of the mattress (less any discounts).
- If the return is approved, the refund amount less discounted price will be generated back to you via the original mode of payment within 7-14 working days.
Please note that there will be an $80 round-trip transportation charge per mattress return, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
To initiate a return request, please send us an email at info@azuremattress.com stating your order number, the reason for the return, and a picture of the mattress.
An invoice or proof of purchase is required during the submission of the return request.
Azure Mattress Pte Limited reserves the right to reject your return request if the mattress is beyond the 120-days trial period from the date of delivery or if it is not in good condition, even though it will not be resold.
